| Sales Career Opportunities Strategic Account Manager £35,000 Basic £50,000 OTE London Ref. 1123 As Strategic Account Manager you will be responsible for implementing the key account strategy as well as growing business from existing corporate clients from both the finance and government sectors. In addition you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining business relationships for a set of large, high-value strategic accounts. You will also renegotiate renewal contracts, prepare strategic account plans and project manage the rollout of content solutions, as well as organising and/or attending open days, training events and conferences. You will have a proven track record of delivering against revenue-based targets and have demonstrable solution-based and consultative sales experience in the business-to-business and/or online information industry. You will also have proven account management experience with strong time management, organisational and follow-up skills, combined with a strong customer focus. You will possess strong presentation and communication skills. Recognised training in consultative sales and negotiating skills, as well as the ability to speak either French or German, is a distinct advantage. Some European travel may be required.
