Strategic Account Manager £35,000 Basic £50,000 OTE London, Manchester and Brighton Ref. 1155
Our client is a leading geo-spatial environmental property intelligence company, providing services to the legal, financial, real estate and corporate sectors across the UK. Its intelligible solutions provide its customers with assurance and reliance, enabling business decisions rather than confusing them with unnecessary complication. Our client is the only provider of Environmental Searches where the same company provides both the data content and professional opinion, providing the most robust client resource.

Reporting to the Head of Sales the Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for identifying and winning business from existing and new clients; account management and planning and developing, nurturing and growing key strategic relationships within the industry. You will also be responsible for achieving revenue targets, closure of new business and demonstrating clear and accountable relationship building with identified targets.

Educated to degree level or equivalent you will have a demonstrable track record in a business-to-business sales environment combined with sales negotiation, forecasting, account planning and sales closure skills. You will have excellent written, oral and presentation skills, as well as extensive face-to-face and telephone sales experience, which includes successful lead generation and winning new business. In addition you will ideally have experience of working within the legal conveyancing sector.
