Our client is a leading international publisher of market research reports, socio-economic databases and business reference information with offices in London, Chicago, Singapore and Shanghai and research associates worldwide. Our client publishes market reports, statistical handbooks and directories, as well as large web-based information systems. Our client’s consulting arm produces exclusive research work for individual clients, meeting a wide range of their strategic and tactical needs through ad hoc projects.

The SME Sales Executive is responsible for identifying key contacts and introducing our client’s services by phone to prospective customers across Europe in a high volume-calling environment. You will also be responsible for developing relationships and focus selling on extracted data, reports and subscriptions.

You will have demonstrable experience of working in a sales role and closing deals and have knowledge, or interest in, the FMCG consumer product sector. You will combine excellent oral and written communication skills with energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude. You will be self-motivated, goal-oriented, target-driven and have excellent organisational skills. The addition of a European language would be an advantage.
