Our client’s flagship product has become the benchmark tool for e-commerce and publishing companies worldwide. The software is sold as a web-based subscription service enabling clients to avoid heavy technology investments, improve message deliverability, lower their costs and focus on their online marketing strategies.

Reporting to the UK Managing Director the Sales Director is responsible for managing and driving a team of 8 sales people to achieve monthly sales targets and for driving profitable revenue growth across all industry sectors, by focusing on new business acquisition. In addition, you will grow the sales team and ensure best practice and sound corporate ethics are used at all times.

Educated to degree level, or equivalent, you will have a demonstrable track record of achieving targets at a management level in the email marketing industry. You will also have experience of working in a monthly target driven environment combined with a track record of growing market share through new business acquisition. You will have the ability to lead, inspire and motivate others and will possess strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
