Key Account Manager (TAX) £45,000 Basic £70,000 OTE London Ref. 1139
Our client is a leading provider of global information driven services and solutions, employing 36,000 people in over 200 locations worldwide. Our client’s products provide indispensable legal, business, government and tax information for scientists, medical practitioners, academics, researchers, lawyers, government officers, teachers, students and business professionals, around the world.

Reporting to the Director of Key Accounts Sales the Key Account Manager will be responsible for profitably growing revenue from a range of designated accounts in line with agreed financial objectives. In addition, you will be the market expert and create powerful customer relationships at senior decision-making level. You will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets and negotiate commercially sound contracts for existing and new customers, as well as retaining and growing key services within the existing client base.

You will have demonstrable business-to-business account management/sales experience, ideally derived from a publishing or online information solutions environment, with a proven track record of working successfully in a challenging and commercially driven sales arena. You will possess excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills and have demonstrable experience of building and maintaining excellent client relationships.
