Our client has become the email marketing software service of choice for the e-commerce and publishing industries. Our client’s flagship product has become the benchmark tool for e-commerce and publishing companies worldwide. The software is sold as a web-based subscription service enabling clients to avoid heavy technology investments, improve message deliverability, lower their costs and focus on their online marketing strategies.

The Key Accounts Sales Manager will be responsible for driving market share growth in the UK and for growing the UK client portfolio. In addition you will strategically identify opportunities from within the client base and work with the Account Management team to achieve its targets. You will also be required to meet with decision makers, thereby protecting the client base, and negotiate contracts and close deals.

You will have a demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding targets in the software sales industry. You will also have experience of working in a monthly target-driven environment combined with a track record of growing market share through new business acquisition. You will have the ability to lead, inspire and motivate others and will possess strong relationship management and negotiation skills. You will be a self-starter with strong organisational and ideally will have both management and ‘software as a service’ experience.
